Mr. Garding served as First Interstate’s chief credit officer from 1999 to August 2010, senior vice president from 1996 through 2003, president of First Interstate Bank from 1998 to 2001 and president of the Sheridan branch of First Interstate Bank from 1988 to 1996. In addition, Mr. Garding has served as a director of First Interstate Bank since 1998.
