This event was created for bank executives and officers, including but not limited to CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, head of retail & branch strategy and those officers responsible for growing the bank’s bottom line.  This event is designed, in large part, to bring executives from banks and fintech companies to contribute to real conversations on bank growth.
Fintechs:  Participants also include founders and executives of fintech companies.  During this two-day program, fintech attendees will have the opportunity to interact and learn from key decision makers at banks that have diverse customer bases, access to valuable information and the ability to partner with and/or invest in fintech companies.

How much does this conference cost and what does the fee cover?
The standard registration rate is $1,595.  For groups of three or more from the same financial institution or company the rate is $1,295.  This fee includes all conference activities, materials and meals at the event site.  This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after March 14, 2016 are subject to a $200 processing fee.  We regret that no refunds will be given after May 4, 2016; however, substitute participants are welcomed.  DirectorCorps, Inc. assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel or related expenses incurred by registrants.

Where can I find more hotel information?
A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted rate of $305/night for a superior room, $330 for a deluxe room and $350 for a villa room at the Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas.  Reservations can be made by calling (972) 717-2499 and referencing the Bank Director conference.  The room block expires on April 22, 2016, so book early!

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, we have a guest program.  The guest fee is $150 and includes lunch on Monday, breakfast on Monday and Tuesday and all evening cocktail receptions.  Guests can not attend sessions.  If a guest wants to attend sessions, they need to register as an attendee.

What is the recommended attire for this conference?
Business casual is recommended for all Bank Director events unless otherwise noted.

Is CPE credit available for this conference?
Yes.  DirectorCorps, Inc. the parent company of Bank Director, is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learingmarket.org. 

All of Bank Director’s education programs are classified as “Basic” program level with no pre-requisites or advance preparation required for participation in these events.  All events fall under “Group-Live” delivery method.  At the event, attendees will be required to keep a time sheet and attendance at sessions will be monitored in order for attendees’ to receive the appropriate number of credits and a certificate of completion following the event.
