Overview
Exploring New Growth Strategies
Since 1991, Bank Director has provided research, peer insight and executive and board services to the financial industry. As our economic environment continues to evolve, we realize the significant pressures put on bank CEOs today. For that reason, we designed specific and tailored events to bring CEOs together to discuss, debate and uncover opportunities to grow their institutions.
Bank Director understands that each bank’s strategy differs – from markets served and geography, to the size and type of each institution. All of these are drivers of a bank’s growth strategy. So, creating a learning and sharing environment in a closed-door, off-the-record setting allows for real, executable items to be taken away and thoughtfully implemented as banks consider the road ahead and plan for the future.
Each Exchange allows for a maximum attendance of 15 bank CEOs. Participants must currently serve as the bank’s Chief Executive Officer. Members of the Bank Director team and industry experts provide feedback and solutions during the meeting. While topics have been structured to begin conversations, no presentations are conducted and we are not limited to the outline of topics listed in the agendas.
Discussion Topics Include:
- Governance & Strategy
- Capital Allocation Considerations
- Impact of Technology
- Growth and M&A
- Talent & Culture
- Risk Considerations
