Peer Collaboration Session 2: Organizational Health: What Is Actually Getting in the Way
Tiffany Adams, Senior Learning Consultant, Integrity Solutions, LLC
Most bank executives know organizational health matters. What is harder to name is exactly what is blocking it and what it is costing them. This session starts with a direct question: in the last 90 days, where did organizational friction cost you something real? From there, participants use research to identify the specific patterns beneath their friction and connect those patterns to what is most at stake, including relationship banking in a world being reshaped disruption.
