They allow those from similar, non-competitive institutions to meet in closed-door sessions for candid discussions about compensation specific to their roles, responsibilities and shared interests.

  • Concerning gender pay equality, is your bank analyzing both general and executive-level positions? What are the factors that you are considering that could explain the pay differential (i.e., geography, performance appraisals, etc.)?
  • What compensation components are used to pay directors at your bank?

  • Does your bank have anti-hedging or pledging policies? Do you have clawback policies? What are the provisions in these policies?
