Why should I attend the Bank Director Peer Exchange?
By design, we built this private event around a small number of presentations and peer exchange sessions where directors of banks can share their thoughts, offer encouragement and explore what’s really possible in order to build high performing institutions.

The Bank Director Peer Exchange provides an in-depth discussion of critical, and sometimes sensitive, issues with your peers.  Our commitment to those leaders who believe a strong board makes a strong bank never wavers.  During the event, we will focus on strategic issues like growing the bank, building and retaining an exceptional team and managing regulatory and compliance expectations.

How much does this event cost, and what does the fee cover?
The standard registration rate for an individual is $1,295.  This fee includes all conference activities, materials, meals and beverages at the event site.  This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the peer exchange?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after August 26, 2015 will be subject to a $150 processing fee.  We regret that no refunds will be given after September 23, 2015; however, substitute participants are welcomed.  Bank Director assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel or related expenses incurred by registrants.  For more information regarding refunds, concerns and/or program cancellation policies, please contact our events department at (877) 397-7595.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, we do have a guest program.  The guest fee is $150 and includes the Thursday’s lunch and cocktail reception, and breakfast on Friday.  Your guest can not attend sessions.  If a guest wants to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee.

Continuing Education
We realize continuing education is important to you, your board and the regulators; thus, Certificates of Attendance will be distributed at the conclusion of the event.
