Why should I have attended the Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange?
The Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange provided an in-depth discussion of critical, and sometimes sensitive, issues. Participants will have the opportunity to share best practices with their peers, allowing everyone to take away ideas and tools needed to more effectively lead their bank’s board in its oversight responsibilities.
How much did this event cost, and what did the fee cover?
The standard registration rate for an individual was $1,995; however, the rate to register the Chairman/Lead Director and CEO from the same bank was $2,995. This fee included all conference activities, materials, meals and beverages at the event site. This price did not include travel or hotel accommodations.

What if I needed to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after February 17, 2014 were subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds were given after March 17, 2014; however, substitute participants were welcomed. Bank Director assumed no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel or related expenses incurred by registrants.
Could I have brought a guest?
We did not have a formal guest program. If a guest would have liked to attend sessions, they must have registered as an attendee.
