More than 250 people are expected at Bank Director’s Bank C-Suite Summit at the JW Marriott Nashville this year. On the eve of the conference, Naomi Snyder, editor-in-chief of Bank Director, shares some of the challenges facing executives, including margin pressure, cybersecurity risk and succession planning for the CEO.

Editor-in-Chief Naomi Snyder is in charge of the editorial coverage at Bank Director. She has more than two decades of experience in business journalism and spent 15 years as a newspaper reporter.
