Please note: The Boardroom Forum on Risk is only open to officers and directors of financial institutions.

Alot of banks say they have sound risk management programs in place, but many don't have a robust program.  Others are just getting started. Regulators want to see a program put into action, and while this might cut down on risk - banks are in the risk business.  During this one-day event hear from some of the countries foremost experts in risk and explore topics to assist you and your board with operational, credit and compensation risks challenging bank executives today.

How much does this event cost, and what does the fee cover?
The registration rate is $1,095.  This fee includes conference materials and meals and beverages at the event site.  This price does not include hotel accommodations or travel expenses, including taxi fares.

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after August 31, 2012 will be subject to a $150 processing fee.  We regret that no refunds will be given after September 6, 2012; however, substitute participants are welcomed.  Bank Director assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel, or related expenses incurred by registrants.

Can I bring a guest?
We do not have a formal guest program.  If a guest would like to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee.  To register your guest, please call (877) 397-7595.  

What is the recommended attire for this conference?
Business casual is recommended for all Bank Director events unless otherwise noted.
