Bank Audit & Risk Committees Conference

June 10-11, 2014 | The Palmer House | Chicago, IL For the past seven years, Bank Director has hosted its Bank Audit & Risk Committees Conference for officers and directors of financial institutions. Now, as a growing number of bank boards establish separate risk committees and implement new governance structures, we have expanded the focus and format of this program. We do so to better focus on issues specific to a Chairman of the Board, Audit Committee OR a Risk Committee Chairs and Members, Internal Auditor, CFO and CRO.

The Growth Conference

Throughout the two-day event, attendees learned how their peers are setting directions for real growth and profitability. Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange 2014

March 31-April 1, 2014 | The Four Seasons | Chicago, IL Specifically developed for bank CEOs, independent chairmen and lead directors, the Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange offered an in-depth discussion of critical, and sometimes sensitive, issues. Attendees had the opportunity to meet with a mix of banks from across the country and of various asset sizes which allowed attendees to exchange ideas, share best practices and take away new initiatives to improve their bank's performance.
