The second annual Bank Executive & Board Compensation conference, sponsored by Bank Director magazine and the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in partnership with Clark Consulting, brought together leading experts in consulting and banking to provide best practices and invaluable first-hand information on the hot topic of compensation.

The two-day event, which took place November 9-10, 2006, in Dallas, featured separate tracks focusing on the perspectives of large banks, public community banks, and private/thinly-traded banks.
