What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?

Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after September 25, 2006 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be given after October 25, 2006; however, substitute participants are welcomed. Board Member Inc. assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel, or related expenses incurred by registrants.

Yes, we do have a guest program. The guest fee is $95 and includes the Thursday Cocktail Reception. Your guest cannot attend sessions. If a guest would like to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee. To register your guest, please enter that information when completing your registration form or call our conference department at (800) 452-9875 if you have already registered and just need to add a guest.
