This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations, or participation in the Wednesday golf tournament.

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?

Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after September 25, 2007 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be given after October 25, 2007; however, substitute participants are welcomed. Board Member Inc. assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel, or related expenses incurred by registrants.

The Bank Executive & Board Compensation conference has a room block with the Four Seasons Resort & Club, Dallas at Las Colinas through October 19, 2007. The room rate for conference attendees is $250-$325 per night; rate varies by room type ranging from superior to villa. Can I bring a guest?

Yes, we do have a guest program. The guest fee is $95 and includes the Tuesday Cocktail Reception. Your guest cannot attend sessions. If a guest would like to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee. To register your guest, please enter that information when completing your registration form or call (800) 452-9875 if you have already registered and just need to add a guest.
