How much does this conference cost and what does this fee cover?
The standard registration rate is $1,545, however please contact our conferences department at (800) 452-9875 for special early bird and group rates. This fee includes all conference activities, materials, meals, and beverages at the event site. This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after December 18, 2009 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be given after January 18, 2010; however, substitute participants are welcomed. Board Member Inc. assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel, or related expenses incurred by registrants.

The Acquire or Be Acquired conference has a room block at the hotel where the event will be held, The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, through January 5, 2010. The room rate for conference attendees is $359. Reserved rooms are limited, and the rate will only be available for a limited time. Is there a guest program?
Yes, we do have a guest program. The guest fee is $225 and includes Sunday lunch, all receptions, and Monday dinner. Your guest cannot attend sessions. If a guest would like to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee. The guest program fee does not include participation in Tuesday’s golf tournament. Guests interested in playing with attendees in the golf tournament can sign up based on space availability. Green fee is $195. To register your guest, please enter that information when completing your registration form or call our conferences department at (800) 452-9875 if you have already registered and just need to add a guest.
Is CLE or CPE credit available for this conference?
State CLE Accreditation for each conference is based on individual attendee requests. Credit hours may vary by state. Credit hours are not guaranteed. All CLE requests must be received prior to the event. Please contact Bank Director at (800) 452-9875, Events Registration, or dbeall@boardmember.com. Many states have minimum deadlines for applications or credits may be denied, so requests should be submitted to us in a timely manner. Requests received at or following the event for states not previously submitted for credit may not be processed.
