Bill King is chairman of DirectorCorps, Inc., the publisher of Bank Director magazine. He was chairman of Private Business, Inc. through its 1996 IPO, has served on the boards of both New York Stock Exchange (CUC International) and Nasdaq companies (Private Business Inc. and Harbinger Corporation), and until its acquisition by Yahoo in 2007, was chairman of Rivals.com.

He serves on a number of private company boards including 247Sports.com, Magellan Press and Journal Communications, and on non-profit boards including the Nashville Public Library Foundation and Pubic Radio Capital.

King is a graduate of Princeton University and the Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Joan Susie is the chief executive officer of Bank Director, an information resource for directors and officers of financial companies. As one of the founding members of the company, Susie has worked with the men and women who lead the professional services firms and product companies that support the financial industry.

Prior to re-joining Bank Director, she ran Global Navigation, a peer-to-peer education resource for board directors of multinational corporations, with programs about growth markets worldwide and a particular focus on board-related issues involving China.

Susie graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1984.

Al Dominick is the managing director and executive vice president of Bank Director. Prior to joining the company, he ran the business development efforts at Computech, a privately-held technology consulting firm. At Computech, he managed relationships with lobbyists, advertising agencies and PR firms, created multi-channel social media strategies, developed the firm's website and marketing collateral, established relationships with early-stage technology firms and aggressively pursued new markets and ventures outside the U.S.

Based in Washington D.C., he volunteers for various Catholic Charities efforts, chaired the American Heart Association's New Vintage committee and tutored elementary school children through Horton's Kids in D.C. and the Nativity school in New York City.

Al is a 1999 graduate of Washington & Lee University where he was four-year letterman on the varsity baseball team and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business where he also serves on the alumni board.

Jack Milligan is the editor of Bank Director magazine, a position to which he brings over 30 years of experience in financial journalism organizations.

Milligan's professional background includes stints as editor in chief of U.S. Banker; a leading magazine covering the banking industry; editor in chief at SNL Financial, a research and publishing company specializing in financial services; and general editor at Institutional Investor, a prominent financial magazine.

Milligan has written for a number of other publications including Bank DirectorABA Banking JournalAmerican BankerTime Digital (later renamed On magazine) and Newsweek International. He has also written extensively about corporate governance and is the author of "The Guidebook to Effective Bank Board Committees," published by America's Community Bankers, and has written several units in ACB's "Community Bank Directors Workshop" educational series.

Milligan has a master's degree in journalism from Ohio State University.

Mika Moser is the vice president of digital strategy for Bank Director. With a dual background in marketing and technology, she develops and oversees the execution of Bank Director's integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels including email, web, social, search and mobile.

Prior to joining the company, Mika worked as an online marketing strategist for the Nashville-based technology firm, bytes of knowledge, establishing client relationships and managing the execution on a variety of website development projects. Her 14 years of professional experience includes data marketing, brand development and project management for companies such as Board Member Inc. and Private Business Inc.

Mika is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

Cathy Isaacs manages the development and marketing of the DirectorCorps Program, a resource for bankers that combines conferences, webinars, whitepapers, our quarterly magazine, and an online library of educational resources.

Cathy has worked with senior management officers at financial institutions for over 20 years. Serving as vice president of sales and operations for FISI*Madison/Cendant (now Affinion) she assisted in the development of a fee based retail marketing campaign that was successfully implemented in over 4,000 banks across the country. Most recently, Cathy served as president/CEO of Transaction Tracking Technologies, a company that provides hardware, software and back-end support for institutions offering money order programs.

Patrick McCarthy is the executive director for Bank Director and is located in the Washington D.C. office. Prior to Bank Director, Patrick served on the asset management team of the $200 billion Capital Purchase Program within the Office of Financial Stability of The United States Treasury Department. While working at the Capital Purchase Program, Patrick specialized in warrant valuation, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, compensation issues and facilitated the exit of over one hundred banks from the program.

Patrick is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in finance.

Kelsey Weaver is the Bank Director's associate publisher and is located in San Diego, California. She is responsible for overseeing Bank Director's West Coast initiatives with a focus on technology. Prior to Bank Director, Kelsey served as the manager of business development and sales for a best-selling iPhone application and as director of marketing for a top-producing real estate company in Brentwood, TN. Kelsey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Belmont University with a B.A. in finance.

She also was a correspondent for USA Today. Naomi has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Illinois.

She spent 10 years at AIG/American General running the company's community relations before GlobalNav. Laura graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Marketing/Sales Management and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management.

Robert studied marketing at the University of Antwerp and graduated cum laude from Rhodes College with a bachelor’s degree in international studies.
